The Rebrand

A Confident Mindset™ (ACM) was founded with a singular mission: to foster unshakeable confidence in learners across the nation. From the outset, the team has been dedicated to crafting curriculum, resources, and materials that deliver confidence education to schools.

As part of the ACM website rebranding initiative, I was tasked with identifying opportunities to improve usability and interaction as well as curating wireframes to accurately visualize and guide the desired end-user experience and interface, and then implementing these methods. 

Design Process

This project placed a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication. Weekly check-ins with the client and external development team kept everyone aligned and created space to review wireframe iterations, refine user experience decisions, and workshop new ways to expand ACM’s educational offerings across schools.

To address ACM’s goals, I designed wireframes that balanced usability with a clean, modern visual identity, ensuring that both prospective students and educators could easily navigate offerings and enroll in courses. Working closely with the client and development team, I refined the site’s structure on Kajabi, leveraging its features to streamline course presentation, simplify enrollment, and showcase ACM’s curriculum in a clear, approachable way.

Digital Presence

Beyond the design and development work, I also served as Account Manager, ensuring ACM’s digital presence felt unified. This meant aligning the refreshed website with their social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn in order to create a consistent and cohesive brand experience across platforms. This was done by designing templates for social media posts, copywriting content and producing content for Youtube.

Conclusion

Delivered a refreshed and modernized, user-friendly website that functions effectively as both an information hub and point of sale for ACM’s confidence education programs.

Improved site navigation and interaction design, making enrollment and content discovery more intuitive.

Established a unified brand presence across multiple digital platforms, reinforcing ACM’s credibility and marketability.

Streamlined collaboration between client and external developers, helping to bridge design intent with implementation.
