Northwest Suburban Pain Center is a pain management clinic in Arlington Heights that was looking for a refresh of their digital presence across multiple platforms.
When we started with NWSPC they had a purely HTML driven site. With no CSS or other coding elements, their site was dull and blocky, with little to no user interaction taken into account.
Our approach to modernization incorporated a WordPress and Elementor Pro based refresh that added sliders, banner images, engaging contact forms, and various design principles to capture the interest of a potential patient and create a robust user journey to drive leads in the form of new patients to the center.
To support the pain center’s goals, I wireframed and built a modern, user-friendly website—transforming their outdated HTML site into a refreshed experience using Elementor. I focused on balancing usability with a clean, trustworthy visual identity, making it easy for prospective patients to explore treatment options, learn about the clinic, and request appointments. Working closely with the client, I refined the site’s structure to streamline navigation, highlight key services, and create a welcoming digital presence designed to attract and convert new patients.
In addition to developing the website, I managed the pain center’s digital presence, aligning the site with their Facebook and Instagram channels for a cohesive brand experience. This included designing social media templates, writing content, filming and editing informational videos including patient testimonials, and cross-scheduling content.
